I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. I went in to have an old silver crown removed and replaced with a temporary porcelain crown while waiting for my permanent restoration. When I left, there was a significant amount of excess cement left on my gums and between my teeth. As a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), I assumed I could gently remove it once the numbness wore off, but I still called the office to let them know. Unfortunately, the office is closed Fridays through Sundays, so I couldn’t be seen until the following week. As the numbness wore off, my gums became irritated and swollen. The excess cement caused discomfort, and since I couldn’t return right away, I had to carefully remove it myself and floss between the teeth because they were bonded together. As an RDA, I know to pull floss through the side rather than lifting it around a temporary crown. When Tuesday came, I arrived based on a text message changing an appointment to 3:30 p.m., which didn’t specify who it was for. Since my children are also patients, I assumed it applied to me. Such an amazing experience. My son had dental work done and they took such great care of him. He felt so comfortable and wasn’t scared at all. I couldn’t be more thankful. We will be going here for a long time! Thank you.

It was my son’s first dental appointment and they were so wonderful and patient love how well they did with his appointment. I would definitely recommend them if your a new mom looking for a dentist near you for your child.

Had a great experience today with getting 3 cavities filled and my teeth cleaned. I’m 30, and this is the first time I’ve mustered up the nerve to get it taken care of 😂 I felt absolutely no pain during the cleaning, lidocaine shots, and fillings. Ashley was my hygienist and I will definitely be going back to her due to her diligence, knowledge, and gentle care. The dr had a great sense of humor which calmed my nerves. He and his assistant had my 3 occlusal cavities knocked out in no time. 100% recommend.

Fantastic—we love our dentists and staff at SK. My girls and I have been patients for several years. We have always felt cared for but this week exceptionally special. My oldest daughter took a good chunk out of her permanent front tooth over the weekend after a fall. I called the after hours line, spoke with someone right away and we were seen the very next Monday. We were in and out in one hour and the repair done on her tooth was beautiful. She will likely need more work done when she’s older but it was such a relief to have a plan immediately after it happened. They made her feel comfortable and took care of us quickly and with great expedience and quality. I have always been happy as a patient and mom of two young patients there. It’s a great place for a family to make a dental home.
